What you will do

• Define and own global category strategies aligned with enterprise and digital priorities
• Build and govern strategic global supplier ecosystems across IT, Digital, OBS, and R&D
• Lead, coach, and develop senior procurement leaders and category teams
• Act as trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders across functions
• Ensure strong governance, risk management, compliance, and informed investment decisions

Requirements

• 10+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management
• Strong exposure to IT, Digital, OBS, and/or R&D categories
• Proven experience at Director or senior leadership level in global matrix
• Fluent in English
• Strategic, structured, analytical approach in complex, fast-paced international environments
