What you will do

• Manage the integral supply chain to align demand and supply using the master planning system.
• Configure supply chain parameters, including lead times and safety stocks, based on product life cycles.
• Collaborate with BU/BL Capacity planners on S&OP processes and review resource loading.
• Oversee sales order fulfillment, customer program forecasts, and the release of purchase orders to manufacturing sites.
• Handle returns management and exceptional cases such as supply allocations and tight supply to prevent customer line downs.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and initiate improvement activities through the PDCA cycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Management.
• Analytical thinking and an integral working style.
• Proven independence and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong team player with excellent cooperation and communication skills.
