What you will do

• Handle key account orders and delivery planning with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Demand Planners to align orders against forecasts.
• Manage and resolve logistics, billing, and return-related claims.
• Track and report on KPIs including Delivery Performance and Claim Resolution.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer-specific procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer service, or logistics.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written Korean.
• Must be based in Manila, Philippines for hybrid work.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Excel/PowerPoint.
• Experience managing service agreements and resolving escalations for key clients.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Incoterms, trade compliance, and country-specific export requirements.
