What you will do

• Process Catalyst CSD transactions and sales orders (create, change, reject) using SAP.
• Monitor open orders for issues related to master data, pricing, blocks, and invoicing.
• Handle CRM alerts and resolve order delays, quality issues, complaints, or claims.
• Maintain operational compliance with regulatory guidelines and support audit activities.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
• Manage professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• College degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Shipping, Forwarding, or Trade.
• 2+ years of solid experience in business operations or customer service delivery.
• Proficiency in SAP Modules, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Fluent Japanese and English to ensure proper process execution.
• Functional expertise in process execution, harmonization, and optimization.
