What you will do

• Develop and maintain training portfolios across classroom, online, in-field, and Train-the-Trainer formats.
• Analyze organizational and individual development needs to propose and implement new training initiatives.
• Support trainers and ensure robust governance processes for the design and delivery of programs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and integrate methods to ensure learning transfer into daily operations.
• Manage budgets for training investments and track KPIs related to capability development.
• Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to align training with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Skills & Compliance training and Learning & Development (L&D).
• Expertise in training needs analysis, defining learning objectives, and identifying critical behaviors.
• Hands-on experience with L&D tools, processes, and adult learning principles.
• International experience with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
