What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with deans, educators, and faculty members of European medical schools.
• Guide the integration of hirify.global into teaching workflows to enhance the medical learning experience.
• Train faculty and educators on optimal platform usage and digital tool implementation.
• Analyze student performance data to provide actionable insights to university leadership.
• Manage a portfolio of university accounts to ensure high customer success and subscription value.

Requirements

• Medical degree or a few years of experience in residency.
• Passion for medical education with experience in teaching, tutoring, or conducting seminars.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.
• High level of organizational skill and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to meet with university partners.
