Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (hybrid: office 3 days a week)

Salary: €56,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do

• Run creative traffic control: manage intake, scope requests, align expectations, and keep priorities clear across markets and teams.
• Own resourcing and planning: create weekly plans to assign right people to right work.
• Lead project delivery for campaigns, studio work, productions, packaging, and launches, handling timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Spot bottlenecks early, propose solutions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Improve workflows, templates, playbooks, onboarding, and tooling for scalability.
• Partner with Global Head of Creative to protect quality and consistency across channels and countries.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in creative operations, project management, or production (agency or in-house) with understanding of creative processes.
• Strong planner and connector who brings clarity and enables collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management: read the room, communicate clearly, handle conflict, de-escalate.
• Operational excellence with creative empathy, using PM tools and spreadsheets (Asana/Trello/ClickUp a plus).
• Amsterdam office 3 days a week.
