Production Specialist DACH (Readly): Overseeing the entire Content Workflow process from start to delivery for key DACH markets with an accent on quality control, publisher relationships, and efficient service delivery. Focus on managing production flows, integrating new file formats, and developing internal tools to drive team growth.

Location: Berlin, Hybrid (remote 2 days per week)

What you will do

• Manage production flow for DACH markets including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Italy.
• Build partnerships with publishers' production teams for mutual success.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and internal Product/Technical teams to optimize efficiency and integrate new file formats.
• Develop projects and internal tools to enhance processes and support Content Team strategy.
• Contribute innovative ideas for process improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Exceptional self-motivation and ability to handle challenges independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and decisive action on quality issues.
• Experience managing projects to successful completion.
• Knowledgeable and passionate about latest technology.
• Open to junior candidates.

Nice to have

• Experience with publishing tools (Acrobat, InDesign) and support tools (Jira).
• Interest in reading magazines and discovering new knowledge.
