Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (System Innovation): Managing innovation-driven projects including subsidy-funded initiatives, long-term innovation programs, and business-funded projects with an accent on planning, tracking schedules and costs, and ensuring deliverable completion. Focus on structuring teams and stakeholder interactions, proactive risk identification, and clear reporting in dynamic environments with external partners.

On-site in NXP Eindhoven office minimum 3 days per week. Relocation package and support available for move to the Netherlands when applicable.

What you will do

• Plan, track schedules and costs, monitor progress, and ensure completion of deliverables for multiple small projects (3–5 FTE) in parallel.
• Work closely with external partners, universities, research institutes, and ecosystem stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
• Provide strong reporting to management and stakeholders with clear, actionable communication.
• Identify risks early, take decisive actions to keep projects on track, and escalate issues as needed.
• Structure projects, teams, and interactions to enable predictable execution from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple small projects in parallel
• Strong structure in projects, teams, and stakeholder reporting
• Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and motivational
• Proactive in ambiguous environments with strong follow-through and stakeholder management
