What you will do

• Lead automation workstreams, combining solution design, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive delivery of manufacturing automation and IT systems aligned with project objectives.
• Support process automation and data acquisition systems (ISA-95 Level 2/3).
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC requirements and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops, resolve issues, and remove delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation and/or IT systems delivery
• Strong background in process automation and data acquisition (PCS, PLC/SCADA, Data Historians)
• Experience with ISA-95 Level 2/3 architectures; Siemens, Zenon, or Aveva/OSIsoft PI preferred
• Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 control systems desirable
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization
• Experience in regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC) or willingness to learn
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills
