What you will do

• Develop and support the execution of operational resilience and third party risk frameworks across the division.
• Liaise with risk owners to communicate control expectations and identify potential risks in business processes.
• Document findings and drive the resolution of regulatory, financial, information security, and operational risk gaps.
• Conduct quality assurance on business continuity plans (BCPs) and manage firmwide recovery strategy testing.
• Monitor resilience events and develop continuous monitoring strategies for third party risks.
• Oversee and execute divisional risk metrics reporting for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in risk management or control.
• Solid understanding of the Asset & Wealth Management franchise.
• Expertise in operational resiliency and third party risk management principles and methodologies.
• Proven track record of executing project management tasks against strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for risk assessment and mitigation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.
