What you will do

• Analyze customer risk profiles and validate automated credit scorecards.
• Manage credit exposure, limits, and portfolio risk across various customers and sectors.
• Lead and develop senior underwriters, managing performance, hiring, and KPIs.
• Produce monthly risk reports and support senior credit governance forums.
• Oversee trade credit insurance, budgets, and process improvements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to align credit strategy.
