What you will do

• Execute end-to-end processing of Corporate Action and Dividend events for client security positions.
• Analyze market announcements from data vendors and create events in systems compliant with CRS and MiFID.
• Manage the distribution of event notifications to customers and process client elections by deadlines.
• Ensure accurate allocation of entitlements and perform post-reconciliation tasks.
• Handle cross-border events, IPOs, and proxy voting processes to ensure final settlement.
• Collaborate with Customer Services and external counterparties to resolve front-office queries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience working within an administration environment.
• High level of accuracy and advanced organizational skills to meet exacting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for building rapport with customers and third parties.
• Proficiency in PC literacy and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Manchester, UK on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Corporate Actions, Dividends, or Reconciliations.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Sector, specifically Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with FCA rules, particularly CASS, MiFID, CRS, and Consumer Duty.
