What you will do

• Process internal transfers between client accounts and replicate external custody records on Figaro.
• Maintain portfolio costs and transaction histories to ensure accurate Capital Gains Tax (CGT) calculations.
• Administer and produce Probate and Tax valuations, updating portfolios for deceased clients.
• Monitor and update securities pricing records and maintain the securities file, including dummy sedol codes.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries raised by Investment Managers.
• Provide cross-functional team support to ensure continuity during absences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an operational role within a similar financial firm.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in London, UK.
• Proficiency with Figaro systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize and resolve errors independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to balance priorities to meet strict deadlines.
• Integrity and diligence in ensuring positive customer outcomes.
