What you will do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, EAC development, and financial reporting for the National Security Business Unit.
• Standardize and improve program control processes across business units to ensure consistency and auditability.
• Drive monthly financial reviews (PMRs), providing actionable insights for Program Management.
• Partner with Program Managers to influence decisions on staffing, spend, schedule, pricing, and risk.
• Oversee project setup, People Plans, and contract modifications ensuring FAR/DFARS/SOX compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and enhance reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of program control or financial management experience, ideally in government contracting.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and data analysis.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, EACs, and variance analysis.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience leading program control teams.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting large, complex programs or portfolios.
