What you will do

• Design, deploy, and manage agentic AI systems to enhance the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Create solutions to optimize the performance of autonomous AI software engineering agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven tools and services into existing development workflows.
• Build and contribute to globally scalable platforms that improve developer experience and productivity.
• Innovate technology solutions within the Core Engineering group to impact the firm's bottom line.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience in programming or software engineering.
• Strong programming proficiency in at least one of: Golang, Python, Java, or C++.
• Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with continuous integration (CI), deployment pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive consensus on technical outcomes.
• Must be based in London, UK

Nice to have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and Generative AI (GenAI).
• Proficiency with DevOps, SRE, Terraform, and AWS.
• Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing large distributed systems and understanding of networking (TCP, UDP, DNS, TLS, HTTP).
