Hybrid: 1-2 days per week in Glasgow, Scotland office (United Kingdom)

What you will do

• Develop applications using AI coding tools, AI agents, and low-code platforms to accelerate velocity.
• Integrate AI-driven and low-code solutions with existing systems and databases for seamless functionality.
• Customize solutions with AI code generation for specific needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders, using prototypes to influence product strategy.
• Stay updated on AI and machine learning advancements to improve processes.
• Communicate complex AI and programming concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 3+ years experience in AI/ML focused on code generation and software development
• Hands-on with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, etc.); proficiency in C#, .NET, OpenAPI, Python, PyTorch, Docker, Git, Microservices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Postgres, MS SQL Server
• Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong understanding of software development principles, SDLC, datasets/databases
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, curiosity; comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or healthcare software
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience in agile teams with short iteration cycles
