What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents and practical AI technology solutions for startup clients.
• Create projects from scratch, ensuring a deep and scalable application architecture.
• Utilize LLMs, LangChain, and OpenAI to solve complex technical challenges.
• Communicate directly with technical clients to discuss business requirements and justify architectural decisions.
• Operate within a fast-paced startup environment, often utilizing asynchronous communication.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience applying AI to practical technology solutions.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proven expertise in LLMs, AI agent development, LangChain, or OpenAI.
• Experience with major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• English: Advanced (C1) level required for professional client communication and self-presentation.
• Location: Must be based in a supported country; residents of Russia, Belarus, and other excluded regions are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience with other programming languages commonly used in AI development.
