What you will do

• Build, update, and publish pages within a CMS to bring marketing initiatives to life.
• Execute web requests across content, product marketing, PR, and partnerships teams with strong attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough QA on content, formatting, links, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage workflows in tools like Asana, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
• Communicate with stakeholders, clarify requirements, and provide updates on timelines and priorities.
• Identify blockers, solve problems proactively, and improve processes for scalability.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or project coordination.
• Experience working with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Contentful).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience supporting marketing or campaign execution.
• Exposure to CRO or website performance optimization.
