What you will do
- Build, update, and publish pages within a CMS to bring marketing initiatives to life.
- Execute web requests across content, product marketing, PR, and partnerships teams with strong attention to detail.
- Conduct thorough QA on content, formatting, links, functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
- Manage workflows in tools like Asana, coordinating multiple requests simultaneously.
- Communicate with stakeholders, clarify requirements, and provide updates on timelines and priorities.
- Identify blockers, solve problems proactively, and improve processes for scalability.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or project coordination.
- Experience working with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Contentful).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
- Strong attention to detail, quality control mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Experience supporting marketing or campaign execution.
- Exposure to CRO or website performance optimization.
