What you will do

  • Own WordPress development and CMS governance for the hirify.global Travel website, managing staging-to-production workflows in Pagely and deploying changes without disrupting live campaigns.
  • Build and deploy tier-based ABM landing pages from campaign briefs, ensuring correct tracking, form/automation workflow connections, and tailoring by account tier and buying group.
  • Develop reusable templates, Gutenberg blocks, and modular landing page components to help the marketing team launch pages efficiently and consistently.
  • Implement personalization rules and dynamic content experiences for named airline accounts based on tier and engagement signals.
  • Configure and maintain analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign tagging (GA4 and UTM frameworks) so account-level engagement data is reliable in dashboards.
  • Support CRO test implementation, optimize conversion pathways, and execute on-page SEO updates while monitoring site health (speed, broken links, forms, UX).

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience managing enterprise B2B WordPress websites, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong WordPress development skills: custom templates, Gutenberg blocks, HTML, CSS, and basic PHP to build/modify front-end components.
  • Experience building and deploying ABM (named-account) campaign landing pages integrated with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience implementing personalization and dynamic content on B2B websites, ideally in coordination with an ABM platform.
  • Proficiency with GA4, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking setup to ensure account-level engagement data is captured correctly.
  • Solid on-page SEO and technical site optimization experience, plus experience supporting CRO testing and conversion pathway optimization.
