What you will do

• Lead ASIC Design Verification Team in block-level and full-chip verification and emulation activities.
• Oversee verification test planning, execution, and development of innovative methodologies.
• Drive functional and code coverage closure while collaborating with RTL, architecture, software/firmware, emulation, and post-silicon teams.
• Develop and execute DV strategy aligned with first-pass silicon success objectives.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of ASIC engineers for timely product development.
• Handle people management to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• 15+ years’ experience in ASIC/SoC design verification.
• 5+ years’ experience as technical lead.
• Expertise in Synopsys VCS and Verdi.
• Proven success in first-pass ASIC development.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in UVM constrained random testbenches.
• Strong understanding of functional specs and test plans.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• Experience building UVM environments from scratch.
