What you will do

• Support product development with engineering teams for timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.
• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs like adoption, retention, engagement, churn, and business impact.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on growth objectives and go-to-market strategies.
• Design product growth and operational efficiency strategies in logistics and e-commerce.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate features and measure impact.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business, engineering, technology, or related fields.
• At least 5 years in digital product management, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or fast-scaling tech.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum, with experience working with development teams.
• Skilled in defining and tracking metrics like funnels, cohorts, churn, and NPS.
• Strong analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Power BI, or Looker.
• Certifications in product management, Agile, or data analytics.
• Experience in scale-up environments.
