What you will do

• Participate in cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle including impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities
• Identify problems, recommend solutions, and escalate as needed
• Execute product vision and strategy leveraging hirify.global's business model to optimize profitability
• Manage high-level roadmaps for finance products
• Drive business outcomes using best-in-class finance processes and products
• Work closely with engineering in an agile environment to manage and launch work items

Requirements

• English is mandatory
• Knowledgeable and experienced in implementation of complex solutions/products
• Excellent problem-solver with organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
• Excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills in multicultural, cross-functional settings
• Adaptable to fast-paced, growing environment
