Senior Land Surveyor (Division Manager Successor Role)

Salary: $114,095 - $142,500 annually

What you will do

• Independently manage varied geomatics projects, ensuring scope, schedules, and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate resources with Division and Project Managers to plan and execute project deliverables on schedule.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to win new business.
• Prepare comprehensive project proposals based on client needs and site inspections.
• Mentor and train technical staff to support their professional development.
• Support and lead business development efforts, including proposals and discussions with potential clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of progressive survey experience, with 3-6 years focused on legal and engineering surveying.
• BC Land Surveyor commission in good standing with ABCLS.
• Degree or Diploma in Geomatics Engineering Technology.
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, software, and safety requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License for site visits.
• Proven ability in project management, budgeting, and business development.
