What you will do

• Lead process engineering design of water and wastewater treatment and delivery systems for mining operations.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate treatment technologies including biological and membrane systems.
• Prepare process engineering deliverables such as PFDs, water balances, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
• Perform research, develop recommendations for equipment selection, and support detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality; review junior work; collaborate with hydrology, hydrogeology, and civil teams.
• Develop technical evaluations, present to clients, participate in proposals, and support business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited program; minimum 11 years related experience.
• Professional Engineer registration or willingness to pursue.
• Advanced knowledge of engineering design principles, standards, and process engineering for water/wastewater.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks including background, drug screen, and motor vehicle records.
• Effective communication, leadership, project execution, and client focus skills.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of consulting, business development, and team management.
• Experience in feasibility studies, closure strategies, and thought leadership in industrial water.
