What you will do

• Design and architect advanced RISC-V CPU cores and micro-architectures from high-level specs.
• Implement RTL coding and debugging using Verilog/SystemVerilog for CPU and related logic.
• Define SoC architectures focusing on CPU integration with subsystems and IPs.
• Execute front-end tasks including synthesis, STA, and formal equivalence checking.
• Collaborate with verification, backend, software, and analog teams for seamless integration.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party CPU components like MMU and interrupt controllers.

Requirements

• 7+ years in digital design with strong focus on CPU architecture and RISC-V cores
• Deep knowledge of CPU pipelines, memory hierarchies, interrupts, and bus interfaces.
• Expertise in RTL (Verilog/SystemVerilog), SoC integration, synthesis, STA.
• Experience with digital verification methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with AMBA AXI/AHB protocols.
