Location: Aarhus, Denmark or Bucharest, Romania. Must have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years and be able to present a clean criminal record for security clearance.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for projects to improve business process operations.
• Drive automation strategies to identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve efficiency.
• Shape the AI implementation approach to maximize technology value while managing risks and governance.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to identify trends and establish a coherent technology roadmap.
• Translate stakeholder challenges into architectural solutions and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in IT at bachelor's level or higher.
• Broad technical background and experience with Enterprise Systems such as M365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Several years of experience as an IT Solution Architect in mid- to large-sized companies.
• ITIL certification and familiarity with agile ways of working.
• Security clearance eligibility: must have lived in a NATO/EU country for the last seven years and have a clean criminal record.
