Experienced IT Solution Architect (M365)

Location: Aarhus C, Denmark; the team operates from Aarhus, Denmark and Bucharest, Romania.

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture for enterprise IT projects and design solutions that improve business processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Shape the implementation approach for AI technologies, including value creation, risk management, and governance.
• Identify emerging technology opportunities and help create a technology roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate IT solutions for strategic fit before implementation and establish reusable requirements-capturing methods.
• Engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical levels, explaining architectural decisions and trade-offs clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience as an IT Solution Architect or in a similar role within mid-sized or large enterprises.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure.
• Expertise in enterprise platform architecture, cloud environments, enterprise integration patterns, automation, and AI.
• Knowledge of end-to-end, cross-platform solution design, architecture frameworks, enterprise architecture disciplines, and compliance requirements in sensitive industries.
• ITIL certification, familiarity with agile ways of working, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
