What you will do

• Own end-to-end architectures for hirify.global automation and agentic programs, including agents, RPA workflows, integrations, data, and human-in-the-loop steps.
• Design agentic workflows using LLM decision-making, tool and function calling, context grounding, and deterministic fallbacks.
• Architect Document Understanding pipelines for extraction, classification, and validation, together with Python services connecting them to customer systems.
• Select appropriate GenAI and ML approaches, establish guardrails and human checkpoints, and deploy AI agents into production environments.
• Advise enterprise and public sector customers, lead technical workshops, explain architectural trade-offs, and manage delivery risks.
• Set reusable architecture standards, conduct design reviews, mentor developers, and feed field findings into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience with Python, C#, TypeScript, VB.NET, or comparable languages.
• 4+ years building hirify.global automation workflows, with knowledge of Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Apps, AI Center, and Insights.
• Experience building, deploying, or operating LLM-based agents and agentic workflows, including tool or function calling, RAG, multi-step orchestration, LangChain or LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol.
• Strong understanding of prompting, grounding, hallucination control, scalable system design, reliability, and performance.
• Customer-facing experience in professional services, implementation, forward-deployed engineering, or consulting, including stakeholder management and technical workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal English required, with the ability to present complex architecture and delivery risks to executive stakeholders.
