Salary: New York, NY: $155,500–$233,300; Chicago, IL: $144,000–$216,000 (base).

What you will do
- Develop client-focused solutions based on strategy, operations, and management across functional areas.
- Manage engagements including performance reviews, task delegation, scheduling, financials, quality review, and client relations.
- Perform process analysis, quantitative analysis, business cases, and design solutions for client issues.
- Lead business development activities like proposals, account teams, and sales targets.
- Coach, mentor staff, and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Meet utilization targets and handle other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years in consulting or finance roles serving cross-industry clients.
- Industry-recognized professional certification.
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative analysis and business cases.
- Process analysis, Reporting & BI, Data Analysis & Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of Close-the-books, Chart-of-Accounts, Treasury, FP&A, Financial Benchmarking.
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, presentation, written, and verbal skills.
- Can travel as needed (up to 30%).
