What you will do

• Author and review design documents aligned with architecture and business strategy
• Drive organizational initiatives impacting all product teams
• Champion quality standards for product stability and reliability
• Guide and mentor engineers on best practices, design patterns, and problem-solving
• Build scalable systems with APIs in Kubernetes and optimize data with PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch
• Work in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and ship iterations continuously
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to address customer pain points

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering in high-performing cross-functional environments
• Strong proficiency in Rust or similar compiled languages (C++, Go)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Familiarity with distributed systems and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP)
• Experience building cybersecurity products
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin or similar JVM language in production

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude)
