What you will do
- Design and deliver structured onboarding and capability programmes for pharmacy operations teams.
- Build engaging learning materials, e-learning content, and conduct skills assessments to track progress.
- Deliver group training, workshops, and one-to-one coaching to build team confidence and consistency.
- Translate process requirements into practical training and support rollouts of new systems and SOPs.
- Collaborate with leadership and QA to align training with compliance standards and monitor effectiveness via feedback and metrics.
- Champion a learning culture, capture team insights, and contribute to staff engagement and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training, learning & development, or operational enablement in regulated healthcare, logistics, or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of process design, SOPs, and performance management in fast-paced operations.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills to train and influence at all levels.
- Skilled in analysing performance data to identify skill gaps and drive improvements.
- Confident using digital tools, e-learning platforms, and G-Suite (or similar).

- Exposure to pharmacy operations, healthcare compliance, or medical logistics.
