What you will do

• Lead one or more software development teams on diverse projects across regions.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders and represent the team in cross-team meetings.
• Collaborate with other teams, SMEs, and technical leaders to solve complex problems and designs.
• Improve development team processes and workflows.
• Communicate technical decisions directly to senior leaders and non-technical staff.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software development leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of web services and APIs using Spring and Spring Boot
• Excellent core Java skills, especially server-side
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Elasticsearch databases
• Ability to document, present, and articulate technical designs to teams and stakeholders
• BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of GCP and AWS services
