What you will do

• Own vision, roadmap, and execution for a product domain, balancing intuition with data
• Understand aviation fuel market and customer needs through direct customer engagement
• Drive execution with distributed engineers and designers
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools like Cursor to accelerate development
• Stay current on AI trends and apply them to product execution
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations

Requirements

• BA/BS in technical or analytical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 4 years product management or adjacent experience in enterprise context
• Strong customer empathy and design thinking
• Passion for AI with hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects
• Fluency in LLM concepts: prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, retrieval, evaluation
• Fluency in prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and Figma
• Fluency in data and experimentation
• Ability to lead small technical teams to ambitious goals
• Translate complex systems for technical and non-technical audiences
• Native-level English writing and speaking skills
