What you will do

• Build working prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, and no-code APIs before defining formal specifications.
• Design end-to-end AI workflows, mapping the full chain of input, reasoning, output, and action.
• Own the evaluation layer by building evals and monitoring for drift to ensure production-grade AI quality.
• Manage product decisions regarding token usage, response time, and model selection to optimize unit economics.
• Validate product-market fit by putting working prototypes in front of real users to generate high-signal feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a product role, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI-powered products.
• Proven ability to build working prototypes using AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or v0.
• Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, including tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
• Strong understanding of RAG, prompt architecture, and the tradeoff between models and rules.
• Experience defining and running evals for AI features in a production environment.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience building independent AI projects outside of a professional role.
• Ability to conduct detailed cost and latency analysis for shipped AI features.
• Experience working in a paired product-engineering model where prototypes precede specs.
