What you will do

• Design, develop, and manage scalable AI-enabled cloud infrastructure ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Drive delivery of next-generation cloud services with AI-first architectures, serverless, containers, and orchestration.
• Architect and evolve AI-accelerated CI/CD pipelines with automation and intelligent testing.
• Champion AI-first engineering culture, embedding tools like Claude for coding, reviewing, and debugging.
• Mentor team members and guide adoption of AI-assisted practices.
• Research and integrate emerging AI and cloud technologies for innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to enhance capabilities with AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on as Cloud Engineer with ownership of large-scale production environments
• Strong AWS background in scalable, resilient, AI-ready architectures
• Expertise in IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Extensive containerisation/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience/interest in AI-assisted workflows (Claude or similar)
• Understanding of AI in DevOps, observability, automation, productivity
• Critical thinking, independence, mentoring, cross-functional collaboration
