What you will do

• Design and optimize AWS environments for data science and ML workloads
• Own IAM architecture, security, compliance, and least-privilege access
• Implement high-availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization solutions
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, IaC, monitoring, and logging systems
• Automate provisioning, deployments, and self-service tools for R&D environments
• Support data and ML teams on architecture, performance, and production readiness

Requirements

• 8+ years in cloud operations, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• Strong AWS skills (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda)
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Strong Python and Bash scripting
• Knowledge of authentication/authorization (IAM, OIDC, OAuth2, RBAC, ABAC)
• Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD), Docker, Kubernetes/EKS
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries
• Networking, VPC architecture, cloud security best practices
• Distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Ray, Dask)
• AI/LLMOps tools (observability, evaluation pipelines)
• ML/AI platform tools (SageMaker, MLflow, Airflow)
