What you will do

• Build and maintain intuitive web interfaces for managing and monitoring complex AI training workloads.
• Develop REST APIs and robust backend services using Python to support developer tools.
• Design and implement distributed training infrastructure using Rust for high-performance coordination.
• Manage cloud resources, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation pipelines.
• Implement scheduling systems for heterogeneous hardware including CPU, GPU, and TPU environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI, async).
• Proven expertise in modern frontend development using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Systems programming experience with Rust.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform) and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platform expertise, with a preference for GCP.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU computing and ML infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model architectures and training pipelines.
