Fullstack Engineer, Gtm Systems (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Chicago, Washington, DC, or New York City; in-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $214,000–$250,000 annual base salary, plus equity and benefits. Tier 1: NYC $230,000–$245,000; Tier 2: Austin, Chicago, and Washington, DC $214,000–$230,000.

What you will do

• Build applications and AI-native tools that improve pipeline management, performance analysis, and operational workflows for go-to-market teams.
• Translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions by prototyping, iterating, shipping, and maintaining internal platforms.
• Design and own systems across frontend interfaces, backend services, databases, automation pipelines, and AI orchestration layers.
• Improve reliability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency while reducing manual work.
• Apply prompt design and prompt engineering to structure prompts, evaluate outputs, and improve the reliability and quality of AI-powered systems.
• Document architecture and design decisions, communicate tradeoffs, and coordinate delivery with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Around 8 years of professional software engineering experience or comparable depth, with strong full-stack development experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, backend services, and databases.
• Hands-on use of AI-assisted development tools and experience building applications with LLMs, AI APIs, or modern AI frameworks.
• Experience designing and owning internal platforms or operational systems end to end.
• Strong product intuition, communication skills, project leadership, and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners.
• Familiarity with modern deployment and infrastructure platforms such as Supabase and Vercel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM and revenue platforms.
• Experience in marketplace or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, and embedding-based search.
• Experience with Snowflake or other modern data platforms.
• Exposure to Next.js, Python with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and API-driven architectures.
