💥 Tango is hiring an AI/ML Engineer

💡 What you'll do:
• Own ML/AI scoping for new product initiatives: feasibility assessment, data requirements, and technical approach proposal.
• Design, develop, and validate ML models and GenAI-based solutions appropriate to business problems.
• Deliver reference implementations of model services (APIs, pipelines) ready for engineering integration.
• Participate in deployment planning: rollout strategy, A/B testing setup, infrastructure requirements.
• Define and maintain production monitoring: model quality metrics, drift detection, alerting.

🎯 What we expect:
• Solid ML fundamentals and practical experience with model selection, feature engineering, validation, and calibration.
• Practical experience building GenAI-powered features: prompt engineering, RAG architectures, LLM integration.
• Python as the primary language: production-quality code, packaging, testing, async.
• SQL at an advanced analytical level: complex aggregations, window functions, query optimization.
• Experience deploying ML/GenAI solutions to production and supporting them post-launch.
