What you will do
- Design and produce high-quality creative across marketing: landing pages, campaign creative, digital ads, email, video, and brand moments.
- Build AI-first creative workflows from ideation through delivery, using AI for concepting, copywriting, building pages, assets, and automating repetitive production.
- Manage and develop the creative team with a player-coach approach, onboarding to AI-native tools and processes.
- Define and document AI-assisted creative standards, workflows, prompts, and patterns for consistent high-quality results.
- Steward and expand the brand identity, maintaining consistency and creating new templates and assets.
- Connect creative output to business results, partnering with growth, demand gen, and product marketing teams.
- Scale creative output without scaling the team through repeatable AI-driven processes.
Requirements
- Proven creative leadership in marketing, brand, or agency with hands-on experience leading teams.
- Strong design taste, visual judgment, and experience producing marketing creative: landing pages, digital ads, campaign assets, brand design, video.
- Fluency in Cursor and Claude as primary creative tools for building, not just brainstorming.
- Portfolio of functioning AI-built projects: working landing pages, live tools, shipped creative, or interactive prototypes.
- Comfort working in code to build and ship pages without an engineer.
- Builder mindset to improve systems and processes.
- Clear communication, ability to take creative direction, and move fast with feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience working within an established brand system.
- Familiarity with design systems, tokens, or component libraries.
- Background in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments.
- Experience evaluating and adopting new creative technology.
- Interest in motion design, video production, or interactive storytelling.
