What you will do

• Support procurement for indirect categories: sourcing, quoting, supplier evaluation, and purchase order management.
• Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers and partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Engineering).
• Build supplier and stakeholder relationships to improve service delivery and drive organizational change.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement efficiencies, and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Ensure policy compliance, support TCO practices, and handle minimal travel-related inquiries.

Requirements

• BA/BS in business, supply chain, procurement, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in indirect categories.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ERP/procurement systems.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and global collaboration; self-starter with business acumen.

Nice to have

• Experience in contract negotiations, supplier discussions, and corporate services procurement (IT, facilities, travel).
• Familiarity with sourcing methodologies, cost analysis, spend analytics, and data governance tools.
