What you will do
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in SMB accounts
- Conduct proactive outreach via calls, email, SMS to uncover business challenges and needs
- Lead discovery conversations to align solutions with customer problems
- Deliver demos showcasing how AI-powered features solve specific issues and drive outcomes
- Manage full sales cycle including pipeline, forecasting, and follow-up in Salesforce
- Continuously build product knowledge, sales skills, and AI trends expertise
Requirements
- Advanced English fluency required (spoken & written)
- 2+ years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in fast-paced environment
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding performance goals (revenue, retention, activity metrics)
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts
- Comfortable with outbound engagement and high-activity sales
- Highly organized, coachable, self-motivated with strong follow-through
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Experience selling SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS technologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Knowledge of qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDPICC)
- Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot
- Prior experience supporting US-based B2B customers
