Requirements

• Relevant education considered.
• At least 4 years in an operations control center.
• Knowledge of department tools; same software experience considered.
• High level of both English and Spanish.
• Flexible, decisive, rigorous, analytic with attention to detail, and empathic to stakeholder needs.
