What you will do

• Analyze payment performance across markets to identify trends and improve conversion and user experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to define, test, and iterate on payment flow improvements.
• Monitor key KPIs and build narratives around performance and business impact.
• Support the rollout of new payment methods and providers from a performance perspective.
• Participate in the negotiation and management of high-impact, multi-million euro contracts with payment providers.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, strategy, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve ambiguous problems and spot patterns.
• Structured thinking and high attention to detail.
• Very high level of English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in Madrid (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Excel, or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
