What you will do

• Monitor and optimize booking, ancillaries, and post-booking functionalities to improve conversion and performance.
• Analyze booking data to detect trends and identify root causes of technical errors.
• Maintain the provider engine and direct integrations to ensure high-quality connectivity and content.
• Handle operational follow-ups, including problem reporting and resolution tracking.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams on integration enhancements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in regular flight distribution.
• Strong analytical, methodical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• High level of English proficiency is mandatory.
• Advanced user of Excel; familiarity with BI tools (SQL, BigQuery, Microstrategy) is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain.
