TL;DR

Head of Customer Success, Enterprise & Strategic (Fintech): Own the end-to-end customer success strategy for hirify.global’s largest enterprise and strategic accounts, driving spend activation, product penetration, and time-to-value with an accent on change management frameworks and AI-augmented workflows. Focus on building and scaling high-performing CS teams, operationalizing AI for predictive engagement and efficiency, and partnering with Sales, Product, and executives to catalyze financial operations transformation.

New York, NY (HQ); San Francisco, CA. U.S.-based full-time employees. Relocation support to NYC or SF as needed.

Compensation Range: $261K - $358K

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise & strategic CS strategy, team building, and key metrics like spend activation, product adoption, NRR, and customer health.
  • Design change management frameworks and adoption roadmaps for multinational corporations, handling complexity, global rollouts, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Operationalize AI workflows for health scoring, analytics, communication, and enablement while balancing efficiency and high-touch service.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Partnerships; influence roadmaps with customer insights; serve as executive sponsor for top accounts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success/Account Management/Post-Sales leadership, 5+ years senior managing enterprise accounts.
  • Proven change management and digital transformation in multinationals (global rollouts, multi-entity, executives).
  • Track record scaling CS teams (20+ CSMs) with operating cadences and performance frameworks.
  • Expertise in enterprise metrics: spend activation, adoption, time-to-value, NRR, health scoring.
  • Strong AI fluency: actively use AI tools, define its role in CS, drive team adoption.
  • Exceptional executive communication for C-suite at Fortune 500; fintech/SaaS/financial ops experience preferred.

  • Management consulting or professional services for enterprise.
  • Change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR) in tech adoption.
  • CS for category-creating products.
  • Gong, Salesforce for coaching and intelligence.
