What you will do

  • Define and own product marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning
  • Lead cross-functional teams across acquisition, CRM, creative, analytics, and product to execute growth initiatives
  • Optimize customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to retention and monetization, focusing on lifetime value
  • Conduct market and competitive research to generate insights and growth hypotheses
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments like A/B testing and CRO
  • Track, measure, and report on key metrics such as revenue, conversions, and engagement

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in senior product marketing, growth, or marketing leadership in B2C digital products
  • Proven impact on metrics like revenue, conversion, retention, and LTV
  • Expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks
  • Understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong leadership and collaboration in cross-functional environments
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
