What you will do

• Drive the Oceania B2B growth strategy and own the pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
• Set up, manage, and optimize complex outbound sequences to reach enterprise decision-makers.
• Organize high-impact events, webinars, and trade shows from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the performance team on retargeting and ABM using deep data analysis.
• Craft compelling sales collateral, thought leadership content, and regional messaging.
• Identify and orchestrate top-tier local partnerships and sponsorships.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish and taking full accountability.
• Entrepreneurial drive, ideally with experience as a founder or in an early-stage startup.
• Ability to handle multiple complex workstreams in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment.
• Broad knowledge of performance marketing, data analysis, and event organization.
• Self-starter mindset with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
• Must be located in Australia.
