Location: Arlington, TX, United States (Hybrid, 3 days a week in office)

What you will do

• Retain and attract technology talent while fostering engineering culture for exceptional client experiences.
• Champion technology modernization, platform resiliency, and operational excellence.
• Influence stakeholders across business and technology to improve customer, dealer, and associate experiences.
• Direct teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain business systems.
• Develop processes, controls, operational budgets, and strategic roadmaps leveraging industry best practices.
• Coach, mentor employees, manage performance metrics, and align initiatives with corporate goals.

Requirements

• Greater than 10 years of progressively responsible IT experience and 7+ years in leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of large-scale systems, application development, architecture, DevSecOps, Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of auto finance/lending, security frameworks, and cloud native solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, and ability to lead complex operations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, budgeting, and Agile transformation.
