Associate Data Science Product Manager

TL;DR

Associate Data Science Product Manager: Bridging complex data science initiatives and product solutions through analytics, model building, and roadmap contributions with an accent on statistical analysis, machine learning, and experiment ownership. Focus on designing data pipelines, deploying ML models, conducting end-to-end experiments, and communicating recommendations to product leadership.

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC. No visa sponsorship or transfer, including H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa. Not available corp-to-corp.

Total Cash Compensation: $100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Identify product impact opportunities via problem understanding, strategy alignment, statistical analysis, and communicate recommendations to product leads.
• Translate recommendations into roadmap features and work streams, collaborating with Data Science, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Build data pipelines, machine learning models, and agentic workflows for data manipulation, visualization, and proof-of-concepts.
• Own end-to-end experiments, deploy features to improve KPIs, analyze impacts, and synthesize narratives.
• Promote product adoption through user training, feedback collection, and testing.
• Stay current with machine learning and generative AI advancements to solve business challenges.

Requirements

• Graduating Summer 2026 with bachelor's or master's in computer science, data science, statistics, or product management (start August 2026).
• Strong analytical skills to connect business problems, data, and recommendations.
• Experience collecting, mining, manipulating large datasets (SQL, Pandas, Tableau).
• Hands-on machine learning/generative AI application (Python, R, GPT, statistics).
• Data-driven root cause analysis and effective communication of insights.
• Interest in software development and model production feasibility.
